[0001] TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a container for a cosmetic material intended to apply this cosmetic material to a part to be applied.
[0002] PRIOR ART A dispenser described in the publication of Unexamined Japanese Patent Application No. 2010-110598 is conventionally known as a device intended to contain cosmetic material in powder form and used to apply said material. This dispenser is arranged so that an inner dial provided with an opening is attached to the upper part of a casing containing the powdered cosmetic material, and an outer dial provided with an opening is mounted so as to be rotatable. by means of a pad so that the outer dial covers this inner dial of the top and sides, and the lateral surface of said outer dial is exposed to the outside on the casing, and a pipe opening to said opening the outer dial is arranged longitudinally, and for example an applicator body such as a brush, a sponge and a powder puff is fixed on the outer dial and said outer dial tube is introduced into this application body. Then, the outward facing outer dial is held and rotated relative to the inner dial and the outer dial and inner dial openings are connected to each other thereby opening a passageway for the cosmetic material. in powder so that the powdered cosmetic material can be made available to the applicator body through the pipe. On the contrary, the outer dial is rotated relative to the inner dial in a position in which the openings of the outer dial and the inner dial are not connected to one another, thus closing the passageway for the cosmetic material. powder. Problem to be solved When opening or closing the pathway for the powdered cosmetic material, as described above, it is necessary to grasp the outer dial by the hand and rotate it. But at this time there is a problem: the powdered cosmetic material present on the application body comes into contact with the hand during the rotation action, because of the disposition of the application body close to the dial outside, which defiles the hand. The present invention therefore aims to provide a container of cosmetic material that prevents hands from being soiled during a rotating action during which the pathway for the passage of cosmetic materials is open and closed.
[0003] Means for solving the problem The container for cosmetic material according to the present invention comprises a container main body shaped to contain a cosmetic material and having a first opening allowing passage of said cosmetic material, an application portion shaped to be arranged in such a way as to covering said first opening and shaped to apply said cosmetic material from said container main body, and a rotating portion shaped to be non-displaceablely disposed in an axial direction and rotatably in a circumferential direction relative to the container main body . The rotating part comprises a turntable shaped to be arranged to block the first opening from a surface oriented towards the bottom and shaped to include a second opening allowing passage of said cosmetic material, a control portion for rotating said turntable and a shaft connecting said turntable to said control portion. The control portion extends from a bottom portion of the container main body or a side surface near the bottom portion of the container main body outward, and portions of the rotating portion , except for the control part, are housed in the main body, and the shaft and the turntable are rotated by actuation of the control part, and the first opening and the second opening are put in communication with the one with the other, which opens a flow path for the cosmetic material. In such a container of cosmetic material, first openings arranged on the main container body containing the cosmetic material and second openings in the turntable which closes said first openings from the bottom side, communicate through the rotation of the tray. rotating, thereby opening the flow path for the cosmetic material, while, by a new rotation of the turntable, the first and second openings are no longer in communication, thereby blocking the flow path for the cosmetic material. The control portion of the turntable allowing or blocking passage through the flow path is disposed so that it is exposed externally from the bottom of the main container body or from a side surface near the bottom, and the control part is remote from the application part, and in particular, when the control part is provided to be exposed from the bottom, it is hidden on the bottom of the main container body, so that it is unlikely that a user's hands are soiled during rotation of the control part. According to one embodiment of the invention, the container main body is provided with a third opening shaped to be connected to said first opening above the first opening, and an inclined surface directing the cosmetic material lying thereon. the third opening towards the first opening when the container is returned to normal posture during or after application. Thus, the cosmetic material remaining on the third opening side during or after the application follows the inclined surface and returns to a storage chamber through the first opening. According to another additional characteristic of the invention, the container of cosmetic material comprises an intermediate frame adapted to be arranged between the main container body and the application part and to be covered by the application part, and the intermediate frame. has an exit path for the cosmetic material, traversing in the axial direction approximately to the center of the intermediate frame and is adapted to communicate with the first opening, and comprises an inwardly extending concave portion or a through hole or conformal passage to not be in communication with the exit path. Thus, the intermediate frame is crushed and deformed during application due to the concave portion or the through hole. Therefore, the application part is well adapted to the skin and this improves the comfort of application. According to a further preferential characteristic, the cosmetic material is a powdered cosmetic material, and the concave portion or the through hole extends in a rising / falling direction, therefore between the head and the bottom of the container, and forms a powder reservoir in which the powdery cosmetic material can enter through an opening in the upper part of the concave portion or through the through hole. If such an arrangement is adopted, during a fuss (operation of applying material by tapping lightly) during the application, the powdered cosmetic material passes through the front end of the through hole and is introduced by the concave portion or through the front end of the through holes. And when it is a concave portion, a powder reservoir is arranged in this concave portion, whereas, when it is a through hole, a powder reservoir is formed on a part arranged under said through-hole and a powder reservoir is also provided in the following through-hole, which allows the material to be applied over a large area, using the concave portion or the through-holes. The cosmetic material applied by compressed air generated during the flapping of the skin, is accumulated in the powder tank, with the exception of the exit path of the powdered cosmetic material, which allows the application of, material on a large surface including the concave portion or the through holes, in a more suitable manner. Advantageous Effect of the Invention Thus, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a container of cosmetic material by means of which the hand is difficult to stain during rotation control to allow and block the path through which the cosmetic material passes.

The main container body 1 comprises a storage part 6, hereinafter referred to as the container 6, a connector 7 and a base portion or portion 8, hereinafter referred to as base 8. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the container 6 is made of a resin such as Acrylonitrile Styrene (AS) and has a cylindrical shape with a bottom. The container 6 comprises a chamber 6a for containing the cosmetic material powder. The substantially central portion of the bottom of the container 6 has a concave portion 6b inwardly sinking, intended to receive the dial 5x described below of the rotating portion 5. A substantially central portion of the bottom wall forming this concave portion 6b has an opening 6c crossing in the axial direction so as to pass a shaft 5y described below of the rotating portion 5. Moreover, at the bottom of the concave portion 6b is mounted projecting a stop 6d rectangular parallelepiped shaped used to limit the rotation of the 5x dial. The upper part of the container 6 has a projection 6e projecting in the form of a cylinder such that the diameter of the outer peripheral surface is smaller than the diameter of the outer peripheral surface of the lower part. A knurled portion 6f on the inner circumferential surface of the projection 6e has tight ridges along the circumferential direction to engage the connector 7 in the circumferential direction. Moreover, on the outer peripheral surface of this projection 6e is arranged a convex portion 6g in annular shape to engage the connector 7 in the axial direction. The connector 7 is made of a resin such as polypropylene (PP) and comprises a cylindrical portion 7a in its upper part and an inner cylindrical portion 7b and an outer cylindrical portion 7c in its lower part. The inner cylindrical portion 7b of the lower portion is disposed adjacent to the lower end of the cylindrical portion 7a of the upper portion and extends downwardly. The upper end of the outer cylindrical portion 7c of the lower portion is connected to an interface between the cylindrical portion 7a of the upper portion and the inner cylindrical portion 7b of the lower portion through an O-ring. On the outer circumferential surface of the inner cylindrical portion 7b of the lower portion is mounted, along the circumferential direction, a plurality of protuberances 7d for engaging in the circumferential direction on the knurled portion 6f of the container 6. D elsewhere, on the inner peripheral surface of the upper part of the inner cylindrical part 7b of the lower part, is disposed a convex shaped portion 7g for engaging the base 8 in the axial direction and, under this convex portion 7g is disposed a plurality of protuberances 7h for engaging the base 8 in the circumferential direction. Moreover, on the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylindrical portion 7c of the lower part is disposed a concave portion 7e of toric shape intended to engage in the axial direction on the convex portion 6g of the container O-shaped. the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 7a of the upper part is provided with a thread 7f for mounting the lid 3. As shown in FIG. 1, the connector 7 is disposed on the projection 6e of the container 6 so that said projection 6 is introduced into a space between the inner cylindrical portion 7b and the outer cylindrical portion 7c of the lower portion, and the projections 5 7d engage in the knurled portion 6f of the container 6 in the circumferential direction and the concave annular portion 7e is engaged with the convex portion 6g of the container 6 in the axial direction, whereby the connector 7 is mounted on the container 6 of m that it can not turn 10 or move in the axial direction. The base 8 is made of a resin such as PP and is formed to bond the inner cylindrical portion 8a to the outer cylindrical portion 8b on a connecting portion 8c, as schematically shown in FIGS. 1 to 4. lower part of the inner cylindrical part 8a is a cylindrical part 8d having a cylindrical shape and the upper half of the inner cylindrical part is a frustoconical tubular part 8e which is adjacent to the upper end of the cylindrical part 8d and having the inside diameters and outer tapering upward and a small cylindrical portion of small diameter 8f upwardly projecting is adjacent to the upper end of the frustoconical tubular portion 8e. On the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 8d is disposed a concave portion 8g having a toric shape and serving as an axial stop for the turntable 5z of the rotating part 5. While the cylindrical hole at the lower end of the part 8 of the cylindrical portion 8a of the cylindrical portion 8a is closed, first openings 8h, which pass vertically and allow the passage of the powdered cosmetic material, are arranged in an opposite position where the cylindrical portion 8e is detached from the turntable 5z 180 ° in the circumferential direction. These first openings 8h present, in a plane from above, a form of substantially sector (form assimilated to the solid part of a fan, hereinafter referred to as "sector") (see Figure 6) and are formed so that their top respective moves towards the axis of the cylindrical part 8e. Between the first two openings 8h, 8h is disposed a portion-shaped mount 8i projecting upwardly and having a substantially triangular section. This mount-shaped portion 8i extends to pass through a location between the first two openings 8h, 8h and connects to the inner surface of the tubular portion 8e.
[0006] The inclined surface of the mount-shaped portion 8i has a centrally inclined center surface 8j and sloped surfaces 8k, 8k on both sides, taking said sloping central surface 8j sandwiched and connected to the inner peripheral surface of the tubular portion. 8th.
[0007] The inclined central surface 8j and the inclined surfaces 8k, 8k of two sides are arranged such that their lower ends are disposed adjacent the edge of the first substantially sector-shaped openings 8h in their plan view (see FIG. 4). More concretely, the inclined central surface 8j tilts in a substantially straight plane, heading, when descending, to the arcuate edge within the first sector-shaped openings 8h, while the two-sided inclined surfaces 8k, 8k curve along the inner circumferential surface as they pass from the inclined central surface 8j to the inner peripheral surface of the tubular portion 8e and bend and tilt when moving, when we descend to the side edge inside the first openings 8h sector-shaped. In other words, the inclined central surface 8j and the inclined surfaces 8k, 8k of two sides tilt in such a way that they move towards the first sector-shaped aperture 8h. As for the cylindrical portion of small diameter 8f, its cylindrical hole forms a third opening 8t located above the first opening 8h and connected thereto. This cylindrical portion of small diameter 8f is introduced into the lower part of the outlet duct 9a of the intermediate frame 9 described below and serves to position this intermediate frame 9 radially. The outer cylindrical portion 8b is formed substantially cylindrical and a jaw 8m protruding radially outwardly is formed in the form of a ring on the upper end of the outer cylindrical portion 8b. On the outer peripheral surface of the jaw 8m is disposed a plurality of protuberances 8p projecting radially outwardly and serving as an abutment of the applicator body 2 and spaced along the circumferential axis. On the outer circumferential surface of the lower part of the outer cylindrical portion Ob is formed a concave portion 8q in a toroidal shape so as to engage in the axial direction on the convexly shaped portion 7g 7g of the connector 7 and under this 8q concave portion in toroidal shape, concave portions 8r extending in the longitudinal direction are arranged along the circumferential direction so as to engage in the circumferential direction on the protuberances 7h of the connector 7. The connection portion 8c is formed on the flat, toroidal plate and connects the lower end of the cylindrical portion 8a to the upper portion to the concave portion 8q of the outer cylindrical portion 8b. A large number of separating plates 8s connecting the outer peripheral surfaces of the cylindrical portion 8d and the frustoconical tubular portion 8e, the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylindrical portion 8b and the top surface of the connecting portion 8c are disposed on along the circumferential axis between the outer peripheral surfaces of the cylindrical portion 8d and the frustoconical tubular portion 8e and the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylindrical portion 8b. Zone A, surrounded by these outer peripheral surfaces of the cylindrical portion 8d and the frustoconical tubular portion 8e, of this inner peripheral surface of the outer cylindrical portion 8b and of this top surface of the connecting portion 8c constitutes a reservoir of powder in which is stored the powdered cosmetic material. And, as shown in FIG. 1, the base 8 is inserted into the connector 7 and the concave portions 8r are engaged in the projections 7h of the connector 7 in the circumferential direction and the concave annular portion 8q is engaged with the annular convex portion. 7g of the connector 7 in the axial direction, whereby the base is mounted on the connector 7 non-rotatably and non-displaceable in the axial direction. In other words, the container 6, the connector 7 and the base 8 form an assembly and thus constitute the main container body 1. The application body 2 is formed in such a way that it covers, while keeping a distance, the first opening 8h and the third opening 8t of the inner cylindrical portion 8a in the center of the base 8 and that it covers, still keeping a distance, also the outer peripheral side of the base 8 while extending radially towards the outside and covering the first and third openings 8h, 8t from the top on the outer peripheral side of the base 8, and an intermediate frame 9 is disposed between this application body 2 25 and the base 8. The intermediate frame 9 supports the application body 2 from below and deforms while keeping its elasticity if the application body 2 is pressed against the skin. Here, the same intermediate frame is, by way of example, a nitrile butadiene rubber sponge (NBR) having a rate of expansion oriented towards the comfort of application. The intermediate frame 9 is made in the form of a cylinder having a small thickness (English term of origin: short thickness) as shown in Figures 1 to 3, and in the center of this frame is formed, like a cylindrical hole, a exit path 9a for the powdered cosmetic material passing through this frame in the axial direction, and a plurality of through holes 9b which traverse this frame vertically (in the axial direction) are arranged in the equidistant positions in the circumferential direction to the outside radial of this outlet duct 9a. These through holes 9b make the intermediate frame 9 easier to deform and still form an area for a powder reservoir above the zone A by virtue of the fact that they open to the zone A of the tank of the base 8. And as shown in FIG. 1, the intermediate frame 9 is disposed on the base 8 and the first opening 8h and the third opening 8t of the inner cylindrical portion 8a of the base 8 open out at the outlet duct 9a and the positioning in the direction radial is effected by the fact that the cylindrical portion of small diameter 8f of the base 8 'is introduced into the lower portion of the outlet duct 9a. The applicator body 2 serves to apply powdered cosmetic material flowing from the outlet duct 9a of the intermediate frame 9 and is shaped such that it covers the top and side surfaces of the intermediate frame 9 according to the outer surface. of this intermediate frame 9, as shown in Figures 1 to 3. The application body 2 is here a urethane foam sponge having a suitable expansion ratio for the passage of the powdered cosmetic material. Note that the application body 2 can be made of the same material as that of the intermediate frame 9.
[0008] And, as shown in FIG. 1, the application body 2 is mounted on the main container body 1 because it covers the intermediate frame 9, the protuberance 8p of the outer cylindrical portion 8b of the base 8 engages in the circumferential end of the applicator body 2 and that the circumferential end of the applicator body 2 is clamped between the protuberances 8p of the outer cylindrical portion 8b of the base 8 and the cylindrical portion 7a of the connector 7 In this state, the application body 2 is adhered to the top and side surfaces of the intermediate frame 9, and said applicator body 2 covers the intermediate frame 9 and the latter is held on the base 8. 1 to 3, the lid 3 is made of a resin such as AS and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and has a cylindrical shape provided with a top, closed by its upper end, and is provided with a ta 3a raking in which engages the thread 7f of the connector 7 to the inner peripheral surface of its tubular portion. And the lid 3 is mounted on the connector 7 by rotating it in one direction, which engages the tapping 3a with the thread 7f, and detaches from the connector 7 when it is turned in the other direction and cancels their engagement by screwing. As shown in Figure 1, the rotating part 5 is provided with a 5x dial used as a control part, a turntable 5z and a 5y shaft connecting the dial 5x to the turntable 5z. The 5x dial is exposed outside from the bottom of the main container body 1 and the turntable 5z and the shaft 5y, which form a part other than the dial x, are arranged in the main container body 1 The turntable 5z is made of a resin such that the polyethylene (PE) and the dial 5x and the shaft 5y are made in one piece of a resin such as PP. The 5x dial and the 5y shaft can be made as a combination of separate pieces. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the rotating plate 5z is provided with a cylindrical portion 5a closed at its upper end, with a vertex and having a short length, and with a rotation stop 5b formed at the inside the top of the cylindrical portion 5a. The cylindrical portion 5a with the apex is disposed in such a manner that its apex closes the first aperture 8h of the cylindrical portion 8a from the bottom. On this top, second openings 5h vertically traversing and permitting the passage of the powdered cosmetic material are arranged in a circumferentially spaced position of 180 °. The second openings 5h are substantially sector-shaped or fan-shaped, seen in a top plane, and their vertices are directed towards the axis of the cylindrical portion 5a having the apex and have substantially the same shape as the first 8h of the base 8. Moreover, on the outer peripheral surface of the tubular portion of the cylindrical portion 5a provided with the top is disposed the convex portion 5c in the form of a ring which engages in the axial direction in the concave portion 8g of the cylindrical portion 8d of the base 8. The rotation stop 5b, serving to stop the rotation of the shaft 5y, is made in the form of a quadrangular tube having a rectangle in an axial view. This rotational abutment 5b in the form of a quadrangular tube is closed at its upper end and is open at its lower end and the inside of this quadrangular tube forms a space in which the upper part of the shaft 5y is introduced. This rotational stop 5b is arranged in such a way that it passes between the apices of the second openings 5h of the sector. And, as shown in Figure 1, the turntable 5z is introduced into the cylindrical portion 8d of the base 8 and positioned to close the first opening 8h from the bottom, and the convex portion 5c of the turntable 5z is mounted on the base 8 in the axial direction so that it is rotatably mounted in a circumferential direction but can not move in the axial direction. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the shaft 5y is made in a columnar form and is made to have a substantially rectangular cross-section so that its upper end 5d is introduced into the quadrangular tube of the rotation stop 5b. turntable 5z. Moreover, an inflated portion 5p having a radially outwardly-shaped ring-shaped inflation is disposed in a position greater than the position of placement of an O-ring 10 explained below of the 5y shaft. . Then, as shown in FIG. 1, the shaft 5y is introduced from below into the opening 6c of the container 6 and mounted on this container 6 so as, on the one hand, that it can not move in the axial direction, but can rotate because its inflated portion 5p is engaged under pressure and the bottom wall of the container 6 is sandwiched between said inflated portion 5p and the dial 5x, and on the other hand to the shaft 5y and the rotating plate 5z can be rotated synchronously by virtue of the fact that the upper end 5d of the shaft 5y is inserted into the rotational stop 5b of the turntable 5z. In other words, the rotating part 5 comprising the dial 5x, the shaft 5y and the turntable 5z, is mounted on the main body 25 of container 1 so that it can rotate but can not move in the direction axial. The 5x dial disposed adjacent the lower end of the shaft 5y serves to rotate the turntable 5z and is substantially disk - shaped, as shown in Figures 1 to 3. On the bottom of the 5x dial is mounted protrude down a button 5e used to rotate the dial. Moreover, on the upper surface of the dial 5x is mounted a concave portion 5f pressed downwards, serving to contain the abutment 6d of the container 6. This concave portion 5f is depressed so as to have a substantially sectoral shape in a plane from above and the sector opens from a shaft 5y position towards the outer peripheral edge. The two sector-shaped side surfaces 5g and 5i (see FIG. 2) forming the concave portion 5f serve as a rotation stop against which the lateral surface of the abutment 6d of the container 6 strikes. Such a 5x dial is contained in the concave portion. 6b of the container 6 and the stop 6d of the container 6 is contained in the concave portion 5f of the 5x dial. When the dial 5x is in a position such that one 5g of the lateral surfaces of the concave portion 5f is pressed against the stop 6d, the second openings 5h of the turntable 5z are located below the first openings 8h of the base 8, which makes it possible to establish a communication between the first openings 8h and the second openings 5h and consequently to open the duct 4 (see FIG. 6), whereas, when the dial 5x is in a position such that the 5i other side surfaces of the concave portion 5f is pressed against the stop 6d, a portion between the second openings 5h of the turntable 5z is located below the first openings 8h of the base 8, which has the effect of cancel the communication between the first openings 8h and the second openings 5h and therefore close the conduit 4 (see Figure 5). Note that around the concave portion 6b of the container 5 6 and close to the 5x dial, there are markers indicating the opening and closing positions of the conduit 4, positions obtained by means of the 5x dial. Also note that an O-ring 10 to seal is disposed between the opening 6c of the bottom wall 10 forming the concave portion 6b of the container 6 and the shaft 5y of the rotating portion 5. We will then describe the operation of the container of cosmetic material 100 having such a constitution. For this purpose, we will first describe the state in which the lid 3 is mounted on the container main body 1, the other 5i of the lateral surfaces of the concave portion 5f of the dial 5 is in contact with the stop 6d of the container 6, the first opening 8h and the second opening 5h are not in communication (see Figure 5) and the duct 4 is closed (see Figure 1). When considering the use of the cosmetic material container 100 from this state, the user deposits the lid 3 of the container main body 1, then grasps the button 5e of the dial 5x to allow the application of the powdered cosmetic material and rotates the 5x dial in the opening direction to the stop. One 5g of the lateral surfaces of the concave portion 5f of the dial 5x then comes into contact with the stop 6d of the container 6, which makes it possible to establish a communication between the first openings 8h and the second openings 5h (see FIG. ), so that the conduit 4 opens. The 5x dial to be rotated then being located away from the application body 2 and that it is hidden by the bottom of the main body of the container 1, the powdered cosmetic material of the application body 2 hardly adheres to the hand of the user. In this state, the user applies the applicator body 2 to the skin while tilting the container main body 1 and lightly patches the skin. The powdered cosmetic material of the containment chamber 6a flows to the applicator body 2 via the conduit 4 (second openings 5h, first openings 8h, and the third opening 8t) and the outlet conduit 9a of the intermediate frame 9, which allows to apply powdered cosmetic material by means of the applicator body 2. The application body 2 being pressed against the skin 20 during this application, the intermediate frame 9 is crushed and deformed by the through holes 9b arranged in said intermediate frame 9, so that the application body 2 is well adapted to the skin and this improves the comfort of application. Note that it is possible to obtain the proper hardness by varying the number and size of the through holes 9b. During this noise during the application, the powdery cosmetic material passes through the front end of the through hole 9a before reaching the inside of the through holes 9b, then accumulates in the zone A of the powder tank of the base 8 and, if the amount of powder is important, also accumulates in the through holes 9b. Thus, during the application, the powdered cosmetic material flows not only from the outlet duct 9a but also from a multitude of through holes 9b which surround the outlet duct 9a, which makes it possible to apply on a large scale area including these through holes 9b. It should also be noted that, during said noise, the delivery of the powdered cosmetic material is done by the compressed air generated during the firing in the outlet duct 9a, this same delivery of the powdered cosmetic material by the compressed air generated during the In addition to the outlet duct 9a, noise is also caused by a multitude of through-holes (powder reservoirs) surrounding the outlet duct 9a. This allows a much better application over a large area including the through holes 9b. It should be noted that it is possible to obtain the appropriate delivery by varying the compressed air according to the size of the outlet duct 9a, and the size and number of through holes 9b. And, during or after the application, if the main container body 1 is put back into the normal posture (vertical posture shown in FIG. 1), the powdered cosmetic material which remains on the side of the third opening 8t of the base 8, is directed via the inclined central surface 8j and the inclined surfaces 8k on both sides, all these surfaces being inclined towards the first openings 8h of the base 8, to these first openings 8h and is easily returned to the chamber 6a through the second openings 5h. After use, the button 5e of the 5x dial is grasped and the dial 5x rotated in the opposite direction to the abovementioned direction until the stop. The other lateral surface 5i of the concave portion 5f of the dial 5x then comes into contact with the stop 6d of the container 6, which has the effect of canceling the communication between the first openings 8h and the second openings 5h (see 5), and consequently to close the duct 4. During this operation of rotating the dial 5x, the powdered cosmetic material of the applicator body 2 adheres with difficulty to the hand of the user, as it is the case. 4. After this, the user finishes using the container of cosmetic material 100 by mounting the lid 3 on the main container body 1. Thus, in this embodiment, the hand of the It is difficult for the user to control the rotation of the 5x dial because the 5x dial serving as the control part of the turntable 5z which opens or closes the conduit 4 is arranged to expose itself from the bottom of the body. main r cipient 1, the dial 5x then being located away from the application body 2 and that it is hidden by the bottom of the container main body 1.
[0009] While in this embodiment, the opening and closing of the duct 4 are done by means of the 5x dial, when the cover 3 is deposited to reduce the slightest projection or dissipation of the powdered cosmetic material, the opening and closing duct 4 can also be done by means of the 5x dial, when the lid 3 is mounted. In this case, the hand of the user is difficult to stain when ordering by rotating the dial 5x because the lid 3 is mounted. It is also possible to ensure that the 5x dial is able, in addition to the total opening and closing of the duct 4, to freely vary the opening of the duct 4 by stopping the dial 5x in any position between the open and closed positions 15, which thus allows to obtain a desired flow rate of powdered cosmetic material to be applied. Incidentally, in a distributor according to published Japanese Patent Application No. 2010-110598, described in the section of the prior art, there is the problem that the application body is deformed with difficulty in an application because of a hard pipe which is inside and therefore poorly adapted to the skin and offers poor comfort, this being because the pipe serving as a conduit for powdered cosmetic material is introduced into the applicator body 25 while in the present embodiment, since the applicator body 2 is easily deformed by crushing the intermediate frame 9 through the through holes 9b, the applicator body is well adapted to the skin and offers therefore a better comfort of application, which is a feature well appreciated in recent years. We have hitherto described in detail the present invention with reference to the above embodiment. But it is not limited in any way to this embodiment: while in the embodiment above, the through holes 9b extending vertically, are arranged on the intermediate frame 9 to make the intermediate frame 9 more easy to deform, these through holes 9b can extend in any direction other than vertical only if they do not lead to the outlet conduit 9a. In addition, the through hole may be replaced by a concave portion extending inwardly. This concave portion is not limited to that open upwards (that is to say to a concave portion made on the upper surface), but may be a concave portion open laterally (that is to say at a concave portion made on a lateral surface). Such a concave portion may favor the deformation of the intermediate frame 9. While in the embodiment above, a powder reservoir into which the powdered cosmetic material can enter is constituted by through holes 9b extending into the vertical axis of the intermediate frame 9, this same powder reservoir can be constituted if these through holes 9b extending in the vertical axis are replaced by a concave portion. In this latter arrangement also, it is possible to apply the material on a large surface comprising a concave portion, as is the case of the through holes 9b and, even if it is a delivery of the powdered cosmetic material by compressed air during a fuss, it is possible to apply the material on a large surface including a concave portion. Note that this powder reservoir can be obtained even if the lower end of these through holes 9b is closed by another element.
[0010] In addition, an arrangement free of intermediate frame 9 and of application body 2 is possible, and in this case, it is possible to produce an application body and a base 8 in a single block (one-piece molding) by plugging the third opening 8t which is a powder cosmetic material outlet opening of the base 8 and arranging a multitude of orifices in this plugged portion. This application body is preferably widened radially so that it can be applied over a large area. While in the embodiment above the main container body is made up of separate parts: container 6, connector 7 and base 8, the container 6 and the connector 7, the connector 7 and the base 8 can be formed in one piece. or the container 6, the connector 7 and the base 8, to form the main container body 1.
[0011] While in the embodiment above the control part of the turntable 5z is in the form of the dial 5x, it can be in the form of any projection: stick, flattened plate, sphere etc. and it can be exposed outside the main container body 1 not only at the bottom, but also at a side surface near the bottom. And as a control part exposed to the lateral surface of the container main body 1, it may be in the form of a ring surrounding the entire periphery of the lateral surface or of an arc along part of the lateral surface or the control portion may be in the form of a dial having a gear and a portion of said gear is exposed outside the side surface of the container main body 1. The hand is stained with difficulty during the rotation control for the opening and closing of the duct 4 because the control part is further away from the application body in all these arrangements other than that according to the prior art. While in the above embodiment the powdered cosmetic material is presented as a particularly preferred example, this embodiment can also be applied to liquid makeup materials.
